Questions before you start

Is AI model usage included?
Model usage is separate from your Mempipe plan. Bring your own API key for the in-app agent; your provider bills you for its usage. You can also read, search, and edit your files without using the agent.
What is a Space?
A Space keeps related source files, notes, and wiki pages together. Each plan's storage and files-and-folders allowance is shared across the Spaces in one organization.
What counts toward my limits?
Storage counts the content of your active files. Extracted views, search indexes, and previews do not use that allowance. The files-and-folders limit counts each active file or folder, including empty files. Deleted items do not count.
How do I choose Starter?
Create an account and an organization, then choose Starter in Billing. You can choose yearly or monthly billing when you subscribe. If you already use Mempipe, open your organization's Billing page to upgrade.
What happens if I cancel?
Choose Downgrade to Free in Billing. Starter stays active until the end of your billing period, then your organization moves to Free. Your existing files remain readable. If you exceed Free's storage, Space, or files-and-folders allowance, actions that increase that usage are blocked until you are back within the allowance or upgrade again. New uploads and replacement files must fit Free's 32 MB per-file limit.
Can I subscribe to Pro or Business?
Not yet. Free and Starter are available today. Pro and Business are coming soon; signup and checkout are not available for those plans yet.
